At The Glow Factory, we take pride in delivering precise, expert-level services. True quality takes time. If you are expecting a rushed appointment, we are not the salon for you. Note: Arriving more than 10 minutes early is discouraged. There may be a wait at times. We will always treat you with respect and serve you as efficiently as possible. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100%
